At our location in Bonsall, we offer Behind the Scenes tours and special interactive encounters focusing on our Cheetahs, Binturongs (Bearcats), Fennec Foxes, Cats, and Wallabies. All of our tours are private, and are lead by one of our keeper / educators
Seasonal Zoo Camps
If your child wants to be a zoologist, the Junior Keeper-For-A-Day Camp allows them to participate in a hands-on half day camp that gives each child a unique, up-close and personal experience with this exciting career.
They’ll meet some very cool animals, be outside, and make new friends. Many kids come back year after year.
Animal Encounters in San Diego through educational programs, birthday parties, and special events
We can bring our ambassadors to off-site locations in San Diego and Southern California for unique animal encounters from around the world. We present to classrooms, school assemblies, libraries, birthday parties and other special events.
Education Programs
We offer great programs for kids (and adults!) of all ages. Choose a theme that meshes with your classroom activity or program goals. One of our degreed keeper / educator will delight your audience with 6 of our animal ambassadors, and offer safe interactions with many of them.
Birthday Parties
If you live in the Southern California area, let Wild Wonders bring some live safari surprises to your home or park for a unique experience. You can choose live animals that will entertain and educate the birthday child and guests. Experience the coarse fur of a bearcat or touch the spines of an adorable pygmy hedgehog while learning the importance of these animals in their environment.
With our “Walk On the Wild Side” Program, we’ll work with you to select 6 animals that will be appropriate for the age group and the venue, and one of our professional keeper / educators will let the birthday child experience interactions first.
Special Events
Our animal ambassadors make a unique and beautiful addition to any event. We have over 100 animals at our location, and through our network of other humane, ethical, and compassionate animal organizations, we can work to find you the animal that will make your event the memorable occasion you want it to be.
We can work with groups of 10-10,000 people in indoor or outdoor venues.
Our animals are healthy, happy, and very comfortable in their public roles. Each animal is accompanied by a well-dressed professional keeper / educator.
