Wild Wonders Holiday Lights

It’s time for our Holiday Lights Tours!

We host our annual flashlight tours during the month of December when we’ve got our festive lights up!  It’s a great time to see our nocturnal ambassadors, and get you in the mood for the holidays.

For a special treat, meet the ambassador featured on our flyer:  Holly Jolly, a dwarf, hairy, screaming armadillo.  Why her?  She was born on Christmas day, so it’s her special time.

Our prices are family friendly – $42 for ages 12+, and $22 for ages 5-11.  Bring your winter coat and join us for hot chocolate and animal interactions.

Who’s New?

Hedgehog babies

Three adorable baby hedgehogs were born to their surrendered mother Ginger right after coming to Wild Wonders.  These little “hoglets” (named Cocoa, Kombucha, Horchata) are now eating solid food.  Visit them and learn why people of Africa call them “Rafiki”, which is Swahili for “Friend”.

Orphaned opossoms

After their mom was killed by a dog, a wildlife rehabilitator rescued these little opossums.  They now call Wild Wonders their forever home, and we’re thrilled to spread the message about how opossums are a great asset to their (and our!) environment.

Meet Priya, Sabi, and Kiki

Priya bearcat

Meet Priya

Little Priya is such a curious and lively little bearcat ambassador!  She and her siblings are from Southeast Asia, and their habitat is threatened with deforestation due to the palm oil trade.  Meet them in our “Meet and Feed a Bearcat” Experience, and hear more about the conservation efforts to keep them safe in their environment.

Sabi the Serval

Meet Sabi

Sabi is a serval – a very unique cat from Africa.  Servals are known for their extraordinary leaping ability.  They can jump 8-10 feet in the air to capture birds.  Servals are known as “The invisible cat of Africa”, as they are rarely seen on safaris.  Say hello to Sabi at our “Meet and Greet a Serval” Experience..

Wallaby Walkabout

Meet Kiki

In our most immersive Experience, you’ll be INSIDE the wallaby habitat with their keeper.  Kiki, Piper, and Taz are Bennett’s wallabies, and will be happy to meet you when you have some of their favorite treats.  Their mates Chalupa and Chui, two Patagonian Cavies, will be hanging around for attention as well.  Our “Wallaby Walkabout” Experience is a fave!
